About us

Over twenty years ago two young men, united by the same passion for coffee, created the Molo Caffè brand: a company that would soon become a reference point for lovers of true artisan coffee.

Today we are a 100% Made in Italy artisan roastery, specialising in coffee beans, ESE 44 pods and compatible capsules, with a sales network that takes our products all over the world.

The raw materials

It all starts with the bean

Molo Caffè's values rest first of all on the choice of raw materials: selected beans that come from the best plantations on three continents. From there we build blends that differ in intensity, but with the same quality in the cup.

The process

How we work

Despite the industrialisation of the coffee world in recent years, our way of producing has stayed the same: constant study, the pursuit of perfection and no compromise on quality.

01 — Selection

We choose beans from the best plantations in South America, Africa and Asia, building lasting relationships with producers.

02 — Roasting

We roast in small batches with profiles dedicated to each blend, to bring out its character.

03 — Packaging

Beans, ESE 44 pods and compatible capsules: we pack right after roasting to preserve aroma and freshness.

04 — To your home

We ship in 24/48h, so you receive coffee at the peak of its fragrance.

After more than twenty years of experience we have built four blends able to satisfy any palate. The benchmark between them is the Arabica-to-Robusta ratio: the intensity changes, not the care.
